    Quick-Step Laminate Flooring

Quick-Step was the first flooring manufacturer to employ a “click-and-lock” method of joining floorboards for a no-hassle, glue-free installation. Quick-Step laminate flooring is made to look like the finest domestic and exotic wood species, but it is low maintenance and can be used in areas where you can’t put hardwood flooring, such as in basements and bathrooms. Quick-Step is a popular brand for homeowners because the manufacturer is always updating their selection with the latest trends, styles, colors, and textures.

Denver Carpet and Flooring carries a huge selection Quick-Step and other name brand laminate flooring. Visit our store to view our selection or contact us to schedule an in-home consultation. Our flooring specialist will bring samples to your home, take measurements, and provide a detailed estimate.

    Direct-Pressure Technology

Quick-Step was also the first manufacturer to use direct-pressure laminate technology to balance out the entire laminate flooring. Bowing often occurs in the center of the board because the top layer is too heavy. Direct-pressure means the weight and pressure are the same on both the top and bottom of the board which helps prevent collapsing.

    GenuEdge Laminate Flooring

Shortly after they rolled out the click-and-lock system, Quick-Step patented GenuEdge technology to replicate the look and feel of real wood planks. Their laminate flooring collections have some of the industry’s most realistic edges, surface designs, and colors that create an authentic wood plank look. They’ve also started to carry longer planks to reduce the amount of end-plank seams that can appear when installing laminate flooring.

    Environmental Responsibility

Quick-Step laminate flooring products are made in the U.S. from 74% pre-consumer recycled wood fibers and chips that were obtained from sustainable sources. Rejected products are used in their chipboard factory or reused by third-party manufacturers to reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. All Quick-Step floors are California 93120 Phase 2 compliant for formaldehyde emissions and comply with all CARB (California Air Resource Board) requirements.

Denver Carpet and Flooring carries a large selection of laminate flooring styles from leading manufacturers. We are committed to providing quality products, guaranteed low prices, and fast installation of your new floors. We offer brand named flooring products with some of the best warranties available. Contact us for an in-home consultation with a flooring specialist.
