Did the color turn out differently post-installation? There’s no need to stress. We take care of the cost of the replacement material up to the original purchase price. You only pay for the labor. That’s our 30-day guarantee because you deserve to love your floors, full stop.

Our team of installers is talented, vetted professionals. We also back their work with one of the best warranties in the industry. Your flooring is installed right and if any installation problem comes up, we have you covered.

Our 5-Star Installation Process

We hold all of our projects to the same standards so there are never any shortcuts or surprises.

  1. Guaranteed Accurate Quote We measure your space and provide a guaranteed, no surprises, accurate quote before we start working.
  2. Order & Schedule We order your materials right away. After they arrive, we schedule an installation date.
  3. Confirm & Communicate We give you a call 48 hours before your installation. Our goal is great communication at all times.
  4. Furniture Move You take care of the small stuff like knick-knacks, breakables, unplugged appliances and electronics. We do the heavy lifting.
  5. Project Completion Your installer or one of our team members will do a final walk-through with you. You’ll be provided with care and maintenance guides and warranty documentation to protect your investment.
